Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to autotd.io, the Auto TD dashboard, waitlist, and related services, including the Auto TD Blender add-on (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Auto TD provides tools for Blender artists and studios, including AI-assisted workflows, account management, licensing, and subscription features. Features may change during alpha, beta, and launch phases.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Accounts and access

To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Not share your account or license key except as we expressly allow.
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized use of your account.
• Comply with any age or eligibility requirements applicable in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, credits, and checkout are processed through Stripe or other payment providers we designate. Prices and plan limits are described on our pricing page and may change; changes to paid subscriptions generally apply at renewal unless required otherwise by law.

Except where required by law or stated in a separate offer, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate law, third-party rights, or export or sanctions rules.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse rate limits, licenses, or APIs except as permitted by law.
• Upload malware, spam, or content you lack rights to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
• Use the Service to build a competing product primarily derived from the Service.

Intellectual property

Auto TD, autotd.io, and related branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to these Terms and your plan.

You retain rights in content you create in Blender or submit through the Service. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service (for example, to process requests and provide support).

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-generated or automated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing results in Blender before relying on them in production work.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTO TD AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, pose a security risk, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates the latest version. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
