Overview

Auto TD (“we”, “us”) operates autotd.io and related services, including the Auto TD Blender add-on. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the website and connected services, why we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies to visitors who join the waitlist, create an account on the dashboard, purchase a subscription, or connect Blender through our sign-in flow. It does not replace any agreement you accept when installing or using the add-on itself.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with Auto TD, we may collect:

• Email address and password when you create an account or join the waitlist.
• Account identifiers and subscription status stored with our database provider (Supabase).
• Payment-related metadata from Stripe when you upgrade (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
• Usage and credit balance associated with your account and license key for the add-on.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type in standard server and email-delivery logs.
• Messages you send through product features when those features are enabled (processed to provide the service).

How we use information

We use personal data to:

• Operate the website, dashboard, and Blender connection flows.
• Send waitlist confirmations, product updates, and service-related email.
• Process subscriptions, allocate credits, and prevent abuse of licensed features.
• Improve reliability, security, and support for Auto TD.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Service providers

We use trusted third parties to run Auto TD. They process data only on our instructions and for the purposes described here:

• Supabase — authentication, account records, and application data.
• Stripe — subscription checkout and billing.
• Resend — transactional and waitlist email (notifications to info@autotd.io and confirmations to you).
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve autotd.io.
• AI API providers when you use in-product assistant features (requests are sent to provide those features; do not submit secrets you are not allowed to share).

Retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Waitlist addresses remain in our mailing tools until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Billing records may be retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing or waitlist email using the link in those messages. Account holders can sign out from the dashboard and may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us.

Where applicable law provides additional rights (for example access, portability, or objection), you may exercise them by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Security

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and provider security features. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and keep your license key confidential.

Children

Auto TD is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the site where appropriate.
